We accept returns within 14 days from the day you have received your product. If the product is defective, we will send you a shipping label (free of charge) for you to return the defective product back to us and we will replace the product free of charge. However, if you simply just didn't want the item(s) anymore, you will be in charge of paying for the postage fee to ship the product back to us.

If the returned item does not meet requirements above, there will be a restocking fee or you'll be issued a store credit instead.
