We do a little bi monthly one at the bulls head, family events and then the bigger festival style ones at the larger venues.
All our events are underground carnival style events based in Birmingham that aim to encourage community interaction, celebration, and share a wealth of Birmingham culture.

The Mr Elephant Experience
Create by Day
During the day, we have warm eclectic music similar to the Mr Elephant’s mixtapes, with family mask decorating, and carnival style activities from our crb checked community arts providers.
All ages are welcome, and we aim to create a relaxed friendly atmosphere similar to that of the more chilled and open festivals.
Food is available, and sometimes Mr Elephant’s Smoothies. Alcohol of course, and wherever possible there are drinks promos and food from local sources.
Celebrate by Night
In the evening we setup the space for celebration and partying. We ask that all children are taken home to bed/ babysitters, as we dance into the night. Interactive performance like The Old Ladies, and The Tourists are often on the walkabout, and we encourage anyone who wants to join in to get in touch
The Midnight Mask Parade
At midnight we have our midnight mask parade, where we encourage all who have made masks or come in costume, etc to join us and celebrate what you like. Led by a local percussionists, there are prizes for the most imaginative, ranging from champagne to cds.
